The SurgiGym™ Core Surgical Skills Training System combines surgical knot tying, suturing, deep-space practice, and tying under resistance into one compact weighted trainer.
Designed for medical students, PA students, residents, veterinary trainees, and other procedural learners, SurgiGym allows you to practice foundational surgical skills repeatedly and progress over time with interchangeable magnetic suturing attachments.
Each SurgiGym is individually 3D printed, weighted, assembled, and finished by hand.

Three Integrated Knot-Tying Stations
Tying Under Resistance
Practice maintaining control while securing knots against resistance. The integrated tension towers allow elastic bands to be positioned at different levels of tension to simulate increasingly difficult tying conditions.
Knot-Tying Arch
Develop one-handed and two-handed surgical knot-tying technique through repetitive practice while refining hand positioning and square-knot formation.
Deep-Space Knot Tying
Practice placing and advancing knots within a confined space to develop dexterity when access and visualization are limited.
Modular Suturing Platform
The integrated magnetic attachment system allows you to change suturing modules as your skills progress.

The SurgiGym uses a metal-filled weighted base to help prevent movement during practice without relying on suction cups.
At approximately 6 × 10 inches, it is compact enough for home practice, skills laboratories, or use between clinical rotations.
Made to Order
Each SurgiGym is made individually. I personally print, assemble, weight, and prepare every system.
Please allow approximately 1–2 weeks for processing and shipping, with occasional longer lead times during periods of high demand.
