At Leo Board, we take pride in designing and manufacturing high-quality surgical training equipment. Each product is carefully produced and assembled to help medical students, physician assistant students, surgical residents, and healthcare professionals develop their surgical skills.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and stand behind the quality of our products.
Returns & Exchanges
Because our products are manufactured and assembled in small batches and by hand, all sales are generally final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, incorrect purchases, or products that have been used.
However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we are happy to work with you to resolve the issue.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you experience a problem with your order, please contact us within 14 calendar days of delivery.
When contacting us, please provide:
Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Photographs of the product or damage, if applicable
Once we have reviewed your request, we will determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement product, replacement component, or refund at no additional cost.
Refunds & Replacements
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to process the refund.
If a replacement is approved, we will arrange for the replacement product or component to be manufactured and shipped at no additional cost.
In most cases, we will not require you to return a damaged or defective item. If a physical return is necessary, we will provide instructions and cover the applicable return shipping cost.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Because production may begin shortly after an order is placed, cancellation requests cannot always be accommodated once manufacturing has started.
Shipping & Production Times
Leo Board products are manufactured and assembled in small batches and by hand. Please allow approximately two weeks (up to 10 business days) for order processing and preparation before shipment.
Shipping transit time is additional and depends on the shipping service selected during checkout.
