As anyone in medicine knows, surgical knots are a critical part of our art. We practice everywhere all the time. The Leo Board allows you to practice with a purpose and mimic real world situations.

Key Features:
1) Tying under tension - Can use any rubber band (2 supplied when ordered). The band attaches to 3 tension towers. The band can be positioned with increased tension for added difficulty to simulate tying against tense fascia.

2) Tying arch - Practice your one or two handed tying technique by throwing knots over and over again to you master the perfect square knot --> Then practice some more!

3) Deep tying - In surgery we often work in tight and deep spaces where it is critical to ensure a precise closure of critical structures such as blood vessels, ducts, and bowel. This depth cylinder allows you to practice this skill of throwing expert knots before that important case that could very well save someone's life.

4) An ~ 3lb weighted base prevents the board from moving while mastering the surgical knot.
